Their full launches are right around the corner

We’ve got a couple of unexpected first-party Xbox games launching soon! Well… kinda.
It’s been announced today that both The Elder Scrolls: Castles and Age of Empires Mobile will be releasing on September 10th and October 17th respectively, available for both Android and iOS. We’ve seen bits of both games on numerous occasions in the past, but this is the first time they’re going to be publicly available for all players.
So, what are they? The Elder Scrolls: Castles is a strategy game where it’s your goal to rule a flourishing kingdom, while Age of Empires Mobile aims to recapture the magic of the PC and Xbox series in a small handheld form.
As far as we’re aware, both titles will be entirely free to download when they release in the near future, and pre-registrations are available now if you’re keen to get signed up straight away. We’ll throw more details down below.
The Elder Scrolls: Castles (September 10)
From Bethesda Game Studios, the award-winning developer behind Skyrim and Fallout Shelter, comes The Elder Scrolls: Castles – a new mobile game that puts you in control of your very own castle and dynasty. Oversee your subjects as the years come and go, families grow, and new rulers take the throne.
Age of Empires Mobile (October 17)
Age of Empires Mobile seamlessly blends classic elements of Age of Empires with brand-new mobile gameplay, bringing players a fresh gaming experience. Gather resources, form global alliances, and control heroes in real time fast-paced battles as immerse yourself in an epic adventure to build the most powerful empire!
Looking forward to either of these two new Xbox mobile games? Tell us in the comments section!
