Now that I’ve discovered the Emoji Kitchen, I have one more time suck I didn’t need…except wow, did I need this one! Ever wish that you could make a rainbow star? A ghost holding a dead flower? A “100” but in green? That’s what Emoji Kitchen does.
Just visit emojikitchen.dev, type in one emoji on one side, another on the other (or click the dice emoji for something random) and behold: So many options!
Choose your favorite, then tap the “copy” button. Now it’s ready to paste pretty much wherever you’d like. Alternately, just grab a screenshot or right-click to download the image to your device.
Here are a few I made for fun this morning:
A Few Tips for using Emoji Kitchen:
- If you want to make anything into an 8-bit icon, combine it with the purple Alien Monster (i.e. Space Invader) emoji.
- Try emojis like the log, which combine in different ways. It may give you a wooden textured skull, a campfire, or a dog with a stick in its mouth.
- To change a color, start with a colored heart. That’s how I made the multi-colored lips, up at very top.
- The rainbow makes literally everything more fun.
- Have more fun with animals by combining them with emotion emojis, and you can make a lovesick goat, a despondent raccoon, or a unicorn holding back tears.
- Not every emoji is available for combining into something new. For example, flags and religious symbols. That’s probably a good thing.
Also note that not every emoji is available for combining on Emoji Kitchen. For example, flags and religious symbols. That’s probably a good thing.
