For Week 8, the New Orleans Saints (2-5) are on the road this week to face the Los Angeles Chargers (3-3) at SoFi Stadium.
It all started back on November 18, 1973, for these two teams, which saw the then San Diego Chargers defeat the Saints 17-14. This will be just the 13th time that these two franchises will face one another during the regular season, with the Saints winning only 6 of those previous matchups. The last time that the Saints and Chargers played one another in the regular season was on October 12th, 2020, in the Superdome, which saw Drew Brees defeat his old team 30-27 in what would be his final NFL season.
Kickoff is at 3:05 pm and the game will be broadcast on FOX with Chris Myers (play-by-play), Mark Sanchez, (color analyst) and Kristina Pink (sideline)
