Watch: Mike Perry vs. Jake Paul early weigh-in highlights

Reading Time: 1 minute

Saturday night’s showdown between Mike Perry and Jake Paul is all systems go.

The two rivals, who will compete against one another in an eight-round boxing match in Tampa, Florida on Saturday night, both registered their weight without issue early on Friday morning in the ‘Sunshine State’ — with Perry weighing in at a career-high 196-pounds on the eve of the fight.

Perry, known as the ‘King of Violence’ due to his recent successes in the Conor McGregor part-owned Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, weighed in at 184-pounds for his last BKFC bout against Thiago Alves. Perry, of course, competed in the welterweight (170-pound) division during his UFC tenure.

Paul, by comparison, stripped down to make the 200-pound limit, for what is his 11th professional boxing match, and which follows two successive first-round knockouts of his previous opponents Andre August and Ryan Bourland.
